Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all yesbe bonuses:

• Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise — unused bonuses expire after this period

• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents
• At the player's own request, including for responsible gaming purposes
• If yesbe is required to do so by law or regulatory authority

If your account is closed due to a violation of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason, your remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any applicable verification checks.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily can do so by contacting yesbe support. Accounts closed for responsible gaming reasons can be reopened after a cooling-off period, subject to yesbe's responsible gaming policy.
